What you get in each 10x10 booth

The following items are included in the price of each 10x10 exhibit space, but must be ordered in advance. Please use the form included in the exhibitor welcome material. For all exhibitor fulfillment services call Kelly Simon Productions at 800-747-5599.

• 8’ high back wall drape (blue & white)

• 3’ high side rail drape (blue & white)

• One 9’ X 10’ booth carpet (gray)

• One 8’ X 30” high draped table (uniform in color)

• Two upholstered side chairs

• One 7” X 44” ID Sign with your company name

• One wastebasket

Each exhibitor pays a registration service fee of $175 which covers corporate listing and new product listings on the website and in the IEBA Expo Buyers Guide.

Once your contract is received, you will be provided a welcome packet that contains all the details you need such as a decorator price list, information on advertising and sponsorship, and transportation options into and around Richmond.
